Privacy policy
When you use Gig Raider we process minimal technical data. If you use Google login, we also process account data needed for authentication and user features. We also collect limited anonymous usage analytics for the public, account and partner areas. We do not sell personal information.
Technical data and cookies
- Language preference cookie to remember your selected language
- Session cookies used for user login and OAuth flow security
- Request metadata such as IP address, user agent and referer may be processed for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention
Google login and account data
- With Google login we do not store provider email or avatar
- We store only profile initials, encrypted provider identifier and a technical lookup hash
- User account data is encrypted at rest in the database
- Technical hashes are used for secure lookup and deduplication without plain values
Saved events and sessions
- When authenticated you can save and remove favorite events
- Saved events are linked to your account
- Logout revokes the current session and clears the session cookie
Usage analytics
- We collect pageviews, click events and basic web performance signals
- Analytics uses an anonymous session identifier stored in a cookie to group related events over time
- Analytics data is stored in our internal systems
- We do not use these analytics events to sell personal data or build advertising profiles
Your choices
- You can clear cookies from your browser at any time
- If you do not want account data processing, do not use Google login
- Clearing cookies resets analytics and authentication sessions on that browser
- Blocking cookies may limit login, language preferences, analytics session continuity and user features
